How do you price your staffing services?

We offer 3 different staffing services, each of which are priced differently:

Temporary/Contract: You review candidates at no cost. If you choose to take on one of our candidates, you pay a markup on the hourly pay rate to the candidate.

Temp-to-Hire: You review candidates at no cost that you want to keep on our payroll for 90-180 days while you evaluate their appropriateness for direct hire. You pay a markup on the hourly pay rate to the candidate. If you choose to hire the candidate direclty, you pay a conversion fee.

Direct Hire: You review candidates at no cost. If you choose to hire one of our candidates, you pay a fee that is either a percentage of their annual salary or a flat fee on volume recruiting needs.

How do you price your training services?

We offer desktop applications training and technical training on SPSS and SAS software.

Online Instructor-led

  • Business Applications (Access, Excel, etc.): $250 per day per student
  • Graphic Applications (Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.): $350 per day per student
  • Technical (SAS, SPSS, Crystal Reports, etc.): $550 per day per student

On-site/Private

Our on-site rates vary based on your location, # of students and other factors. Please Contact Us for an on-site training quote.

How do you provide national staffing and training services with only one office?

As we've all seen, the internet has revolutionized the ways in which services are purchased and delivered. For each of our services we have leveraged technology to enable us to deliver both staffing and training solutions nationally from our Upstate NY office:

Staffing: Our recruiters utilize online databases, candidate referrals, phone interviews, webcam interviews, online assessments and background checks/drug screens (when needed) to find and screen potential candidates for your temporary or permanent positions. We then set up face-to-face interviews with the pre-screened candidates you select that you think may be a suitable hire.

Training: With training, we deliver in-Classroom through our network of over 60 classroom locations, On-site at your organization (for 3 or more students) or Online Instructor-led with screen share web conferencing software that is easily set up on PC's with a broadband connection. All of our training options give you access to our excellent instructors and allows interaction with fellow students.

Where do you find your candidates?

That's a great question and it doesn't have a single answer. Our internal database, external data resources online, job boards, candidate referrals and trade associations are just some of the ways we locate potential candidates for your openings.

What do I need to attend one of your Online Instructor-led classes?

We utilize Gototraining.com to deliver our Online Instructor-led classes. You can attend class from any location that has a PC with broadband and a quiet environment. For audio, you can either dial in via speaker phone or utilize a headset for audio via the internet (VoIP).

Minimum System Requirements:

  • Internet Explorer® 6.0 or newer, Mozilla® Firefox® 3.0 or newer (JavaScriptTM and JavaTM enabled)
  • Windows® 2000, XP, 2003 Server, Vista or Windows® 7
  • Cable modem, DSL, or better Internet connection
  • Minimum of Pentium® class 1GHz CPU with 512 MB of RAM (recommended) (2 GB of RAM for Windows® Vista)
  • Audio: Speakerphone with long distance if using conference call; Computer Headset if using the Voice over IP (VoIP) option
