This course is designed for business professionals with a college degree or those professionals who have significant experience in business operations. Also invited to attend are students who have completed a Green Belt program through an external vendor or through an in-house program.
Six Sigma Green Belt - 7 days
Students will implement Six Sigma as a Green Belt. This course is intended for any level of employee and various levels of management that intend to take an active role in the Six Sigma methodology.
Six Sigma Yellow Belt - 2 days
Students will learn how to integrate Lean Six Sigma methodologies for the improvement of production and transactional systems to better meet customer expectations and bottom-line objectives of their organization.
