Cascading Style Sheets - 2 days
You are familiar with using HTML to design web pages. You have used HTML style-oriented tags and attributes to stylize and design your pages. Cascading Style Sheets, or CSS, is integrated into HTML 4.01 and forms an important component of successful web design. CSS offers great flexibility and ease in designing web pages without code heavy HTML documents. In this course, you will work with properties and styles related to colors, typography, page layouts, customized cursors, links, and forms available in CSS to build an effective web page.
Introduction to HTML5 - 2 days
Students will start by getting their hands dirty and jumping right into HTML5 code. They will learn about the new HTML5 structural, semantic, and form tags, how to use Canvas to create drawings natively in the browser, how to work with HTML5 audio and video, the new methods for storing variables client-side, and how to build applications that work offline. Along the way, they will learn about the current state of browser support for HTML5 and the theory behind all the changes that have been made.
HTML 4.0: Advanced - 1 days
This ILT Series manual on HTML 4.0 is designed for students with limited HTML experience who want to learn some of the more advanced HTML elements and techniques. Your students will learn several new topics including customizable tables and forms. This instructor's edition is designed for quick scanning in the classroom, and filled with interactive exercises.
