This ILT Series course provides comprehensive training for students who already have some existing knowledge of, and support experience with, networked desktop and notebook computers running Windows 2000 Professional or any Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 operating system. This course will prepare students, at an accelerated pace, for the two exams that make up the A+ certification 2009 Edition: CompTIA A+ Essentials and CompTIA A+ Practical Application. Students will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to perform the following tasks on personal computer hardware and operating systems: installation, PC building, system upgrades, repair, system configuration, troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, and preventative maintenance.

The Charleston Metropolitan Statistical Area, as defined by the United States Census Bureau, is an area consisting of five counties in West Virginia, anchored by the city of Charleston. It is the largest metropolitan area in the state of West Virginia. Charleston is its largest and most populous city. Upper Falls is its largest census-designated place and Teays Valley its most populous.[1] As of the 2000 census, the MSA had a population of 309,635 (though a July 1, 2009 estimate placed the population at 304,214).[2] Prior to the 2000 Census, the Charleston MSA consisted of only two counties – Kanawha and Putnam.
