Ohio Microsoft Access Training

Access 2007 - Basic - 2 day(s)
This ILT Series course covers the basic functions and features of Access 2007. Students will learn how to design and create databases; work with tables, fields, and records; sort and filter data; and create queries, forms, and reports. Comes with CertBlaster exam prep software (download) and access to an online e-Learning program. Designated as Approved Courseware for the Microsoft Certified Application Specialist program, this course will help students prepare for the Access 2007 exam (77-605). For comprehensive certification training, students should complete Access 2007: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced.


Access 2007 - Intermediate - 2 day(s)
This ILT Series course builds on the skills and concepts taught in Access 2007: Basic. Students will learn how to normalize data; work with Lookup fields and subdatasheets; create join queries; add objects to forms, print reports and labels; create charts; and use PivotTables and PivotCharts. Comes with CertBlaster exam prep software (download) and access to an online e-Learning program. Designated as Approved Courseware for the Microsoft Certified Application Specialist program, this course will help students prepare for the Access 2007 exam (77-605). For comprehensive certification training, students should complete Access 2007: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced.


Access 2007 - Advanced - 1 day(s)
This ILT Series course builds on the skills and concepts taught in Access 2007: Intermediate. Students will learn how to query with SQL; create crosstab, parameter, and action queries; create macros; import, export, and link database objects; work with XML documents; work with Windows SharePoint Services; optimize databases; password-protect and encrypt databases; set Access options and properties; create hyperlink fields; and use Outlook 2007 to update data. Comes with CertBlaster exam prep software (download) and access to an online e-Learning program. Designated as Approved Courseware for the Microsoft Certified Application Specialist program, this course will help students prepare for the Access 2007 exam (77-605). Access 2010 - Advanced - 1 day(s)
This ILT Series course builds on the skills and concepts taught in Access 2010: Intermediate. Students will learn how to query with SQL; create crosstab, parameter, and action queries; create macros; import, export, and link database objects; interact with XML documents; create hyperlink fields; optimize, split, and back up databases; password-protect and encrypt databases; and set Access options and properties.


Access 2010 - Basic - 2 day(s)
This ILT Series course covers the basic functions and features of Access 2010. After an introduction to database concepts and the Access environment and Help systems, students will learn how to design and create databases. Then they will work with tables, fields, and records; sort and filter data; and set field properties and data entry rules. Students will then learn to create queries, forms, and reports.


Access 2010 - Intermediate - 2 day(s)
This ILT Series course builds on the skills and concepts taught in Access 2010: Basic. Students will learn how to normalize data, manage table relationships, and enforce referential integrity; work with Lookup fields and subdatasheets; create join queries, calculated fields, and summary values; add objects to forms and create advanced form types; print reports and labels; create and modify charts; and use PivotTables and PivotCharts.


Access 2013 - Advanced - 1 day(s)
This ILT Series course builds on the skills and concepts taught in Access 2013: Basic and Access 2013: Intermediate. This course will help students prepare for the Microsoft Office Specialist exam for Access 2013 (exam 77-424). For comprehensive certification training, students should complete the Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced courses for Access 2013.



Access 2013 - Basic - 2 day(s)
This ILT Series course covers the basic skills and concepts students need to use Microsoft Access 2013 productively and efficiently. After an introduction to the Access 2013 environment, students will learn how to plan databases and create tables. Then they will learn to organize fields and records, and to work with data entry rules. They will learn how to create basic queries, and how to work with forms and reports. This course will help students prepare for the Microsoft Office Specialist exam for Access 2013 (exam 77-424). For comprehensive certification training, students should complete the Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced courses for Access 2013.



Access 2013 - Intermediate - 2 day(s)
This ILT Series course provides students with additional skills and concepts needed to use Microsoft Access 2013 productively and efficiently. They will learn to normalize data, join tables while observing referential integrity, query multiple tables, format forms and reports, insert background images and charts; and create specialized objects such as lookup fields, subforms and subreports, navigation forms, and calculated fields. This course will help students prepare for the Microsoft Office Specialist exam for Access 2013 (exam 77-424). For comprehensive certification training, students should complete the Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced courses for Access 2013.
