Outlook 2007 - Basic - 1 days
This ILT Series course covers the basic functions and features of Outlook 2007. Students will create e-mail accounts and send e-mail messages using several techniques. They will also learn how to manage e-mail messages, contacts, tasks, and meeting requests. Finally, students will customize Outlook for maximum efficiency. Comes with CertBlaster exam prep software (download). Also available with a companion CBT program and student data files on CD-ROM. Designated as Approved Courseware for the Microsoft Certified Application Specialist program, this course will help students prepare for the Outlook 2007 exam (77-604). For comprehensive certification training, students should complete Outlook 2007: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced.
Please note that this course in not appropriate for those students using Mac computers running the Mac version of Microsoft Office.  This course is only appropriate for those using PCs running the Windows version of Microsoft Office.



Outlook 2007 - Intermediate - 1 days
This ILT Series course builds on the skills and concepts taught in Outlook 2007: Basic. Students will learn how to customize Outlook and work with address books. They will search and filter mail folders, and apply and customize categories. Students will also work with personal, public, and offline folders. Finally, students will organize folders and set rules. Comes with CertBlaster exam prep software (download). Also available with a companion CBT program and student data files on CD-ROM. Students will create and work with notes and Journal entries, schedule and manage meetings, share Outlook content, and customize templates and forms. Comes with CertBlaster exam prep software (download). Also available with a companion CBT program and student data files on CD-ROM. Designated as Approved Courseware for the Microsoft Certified Application Specialist program, this course will help students prepare for the Outlook 2007 exam (77-604). For comprehensive certification training, students should complete Outlook 2007: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced.

Outlook 2010: Advanced - 1 days
In this ILT Series course students will learn how to subscribe to RSS news feeds and use the Outlook Social Connector to stay current with colleagues. Students will also learn how to manage their mailboxes and archive their mail, create and work with notes and Journal entries, share Outlook calendars and contacts, create e-mail templates, and use mail merge to send personalized messages to groups of contacts.

Outlook 2010 - Basic - 1 days
This ILT Series course covers the basic functions and features of Outlook 2010. After an introduction to Outlook's window components and the Help system, students will read and send e-mail messages using several techniques. Then they will learn how to manage e-mail messages and attachments, configure message options, and use search folders. Students will also learn to manage contacts and use the People Pane, work with tasks, and create appointments. Finally, they will learn to send and respond to meeting requests.
Please note that this course in not appropriate for those students using Mac computers running the Mac version of Microsoft Office.  This course is only appropriate for those using PCs running the Windows version of Microsoft Office.



Outlook 2010 - Intermediate - 1 days
This ILT Series course builds on the skills and concepts taught in Outlook 2010: Basic, First Look Edition. Students will learn how to customize Outlook and work with address books. They will search and filter mail folders, and apply and customize categories. Students will also work with personal, public, and offline folders. Finally, students will organize folders and set rules.
Please note that this course in not appropriate for those students using Mac computers running the Mac version of Microsoft Office.  This course is only appropriate for those using PCs running the Windows version of Microsoft Office.



Outlook 2013 - Advanced - 1 days
This ILT Series course builds on the skills and concepts taught in Outlook 2013: Basic. Students will learn how to customize Outlook, use Quick Steps, create Folder pane shortcuts, customize the Navigation bar, customize their messages and signatures, and set up automatic replies. Then students will learn how to set rules for organizing messages and use advanced techniques for managing and maintaining their mailboxes. Students will also learn how to search various folders, use filters, and apply categories, as well as how to work with notes and Journal entries. Finally, they will learn how to share Outlook calendars and contacts and stay informed with RSS feeds. This course will help students prepare for the Microsoft Office Specialist exam for Outlook 2013 (exam 77-423). For comprehensive certification training, students should complete the Basic and Advanced courses for Outlook 2013.
