Ms. Bobbye was really great! She also took the time to go over other Microsoft tricks that would help us in Excel and Microsoft (in general) which I found extremely useful being someone who grew up learning apple software and recently had to switch to Microsoft due to work. She was very lively and knowledgeable, funny too! Made the classes very clear cut, my days flew by! Very happy with my experience

I will definitely take the next courses in this level if I can. Bill was an excellent instructor who didn't just keep to the curriculum, but answered questions that were practical and applicable to our workplaces. I really appreciate the resources he provided for post class questions, including himself and future classes. His voice is very melodic and easy to listen to, and he didn't mind at all repeating things we were confused on. He didn't just repeat, but rephrased in a different way so that it was clear. He also offered his expertise and real-world experience in how to create a more aesthetically pleasing and organized database, table, reports, etc.

Compared to the access level 1 and 2 courses I took earlier in the week (with a different instructor), I found this instructor (Ali) much easier to follow. I especially appreciated the following:1. He took his time with each exercise and moved along at an easy to follow pace2. he constantly referred to the page in the manual he was on and presented the manual content in order3. He provided a basis overview on how to navigate the access screens at the start of the class (which was not provided in the basic course)4.He did a great job reinforcing topics and and referencing navigation/previously presented items5. He encouraged completion of exercises at the same time he was presenting, which made it much easier to follow (and prevented boredom)I would happily take another class from Ali. It was very noticeable that the class participants were able to follow along with him and did not get "lost as they did earlier in the week.

Bill, was a great teacher. He listened and answered questions he knew the answers too and anything he didn't know he tried to find out or helped us figure out. the answers. I'd definitely take a course with him leading again.

Bill was by far the most helpful teacher I encountered all week! He was clearly an advanced user for all the Microsoft programs which was extremely useful for me, a newbie. Bill covered the material very thoroughly and straight to the point. I really enjoyed that he knew the program so well that he didn't have to backtrack and redo his steps so there was no confusion about the process steps I learned today. The last hour of my class he even did a "private tutor" session with me since the other two people in the class had to leave early! This was so great! He really went above and beyond the whole day but especially in the last hour. He took a look at my data with me I explained that my question was mostly what his opinion would be for me to go about applying this program to my company. We have not used Access (we have used excel, word, sharepoint etc...) and I am the first one to use Access/learn Access in my company. I also did Basic Advanced in one week in order to expedite this program usage in my company. Bill was so kind to help me think of ways to start the organization of my data/documents he is an extraordinary professor! Great Job!! 5 stars!
