There was a lot of information presented. The instructor did a great job presenting the information in a clear manner.

The instructor was very responsive to my questions.

- attended our Introduction to Statistical Analysis using SPSS class

4.61 out of 5

The instructor was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job presenting the information. In particular, all pertinent details relevant to each statistical test were covered and illustrated thoroughly. The instructor's delivery style was good. He made it interesting and was very open to questions. The only drawback was not offering opportunities to apply what was learned. Incorporating exercises where students run test independently and receive feedback would help.

The instructor was highly effective and I fully enjoyed the course. He clearly communicated the details of SPSS, while stopping to address all questions as they arose. He was effective at bringing in real life examples, keeping my attention, and making me feel at ease. I welcome the chance to take another course with him.

- attended our Data Management & Manipulation with SPSS class

4.72 out of 5

The class was very informative. My only recommendation is, if possible, adjust the class time to 4 hours a day over 3 days. The nature of the material made if difficult for me to stay focused all day. By reducing the number of hours in class each day it would allow me to do my job half of the day and would eliminate the need to stay focused on training for so long.
