Sonya is an exceptional instructor. Online courses are tricky but she has very good pacing, energy and excellent examples so engagement was high. The nature of this course (intro to everything) makes it tricky to cover all of the bases well and doesn't allow for individual work to solidify the learning. However, Sonya did very well taking all of this into account. She drew out examples from us and used that to illustrate some of the concepts, which would make it more meaningful to the students.

Sonja was a great instructor! She knows her way around social media. Loved that she showed so many site and made suggestions. However, I am new to social media. Getting use to the lingo. Example: what is a G O? I would suggest having a "BASIC new to social media" course as that would have benefited me on a higher scale. Feel a little overwhelmed. Step by step processes would be helpful. Still a great course. Wish I had taken a beginner course then this course.
